Cobb County Police Department STEP Unit investigators are looking into a serious crash that happened on Barrett Parkway Thursday evening.
Police say a red 2000 Chevy Silverado traveling north on Barrett collided with a gray 2023 Mack Anthem pulling a tanker semi trailer headed south. North of the Irwin Road overpass, the Silverado veered into the southbound lane, with the front of the truck colliding with the driver’s side of the Chevrolet.
The driver of the Silverado went to the hospital with life-threatening injuries while the tractor-trailer driver wasn’t hurt…
