A collision involving a West Hollywood Cityline commuter shuttle and a bicyclist at Santa Monica Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue led to the arrest of the shuttle driver Wednesday evening, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department booking records.
Edward Mosby, 39, was arrested Aug. 5 by deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s West Hollywood Station. Booking records list a charge of assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, with great bodily injury, under Penal Code section 245(a)(1).
