Occupant suffers life-threatening injuries in Fairfax County house fire

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — One person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a house fire Saturday evening in Fairfax County, according to fire officials.

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department crews were dispatched around 6:34 p.m. for reports of smoke coming from a two-story, single-family home in the Dunn Loring-Idylwood area.
