LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Police in Lexington have issued a Golden Alert for a 73-year-old man who went missing Friday afternoon.
Leon D. Newton was last seen around 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2026, in the 600 block of Tower Plaza, according to the Lexington Police Department.
Newton is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 135 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, a red short-sleeve polo shirt, and blue or gray pants…
