BELOIT, Wis. — Construction will begin Monday on the Colley Road reconstruction project between Willowbrook Road and the I-39/90 bridge, Beloit city officials said.
Colley Road will close to through traffic beginning Monday. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes. Access to Springbrook Village will be maintained throughout construction.
City officials said the project will repair the deteriorated roadway and improve safety, accessibility and traffic flow along the corridor. The work comes as the city prepares for increased traffic associated with the opening of the Ho-Chunk Nation casino later this year…
