New dash camera video shows the moment a pickup truck flipped over while troopers were in pursuit following a kidnapping incident in May, officials said.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, troopers on May 13 responded to the area of Northwest 22nd Avenue and 103rd Street in search of a red Dodge pickup truck that was involved in a kidnapping.
Authorities said someone had called 911 about a red truck that was possibly involved in a burglary at the Hard Rock Stadium the day before and came back.
