Conceptual plans for a new, 146-unit, gated townhome community called Kinward at Heathbrook will be reviewed by city officials next week.
The Ocala Planning and Zoning Commission will review the conceptual subdivision plans for the community during its regular meeting on Monday, August 10.
Located on 32.22 acres at 5451 SW 66th Street, the proposed neighborhood is being developed by KL Keys at Ocala, LLC, with engineering and planning services provided by Clymer Farner Barley, Inc. The property was previously approved for Planned Development (PD) zoning on May 19.
