BATON ROUGE – A man was arrested for allegedly raping a woman who was too intoxicated to consent following a night of bar hopping in the Perkins Road Overpass area.
The reported rape happened in the early-morning hours of June 24, an arrest warrant for 24-year-old Elijah Clyde says.
