Sprint car star Anthony Macri was injured during a race Sunday in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Macri, 27, of Dillsburg, was racing in the 14th annual Capitani Classic at Knoxville Raceway when he and Brady Bacon collided while entering turn one during the initial start of the fourth heat race, FloRacing reported.
He was taken to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a broken clavicle and a bruised lung, according to a post on his official Facebook page…
