ROSWELL, Ga. — The Roswell City Council, in a 3-2 vote Aug. 10, approved a $4.75 million Phase II plan to fund the expansion of pedestrian infrastructure along Green Street.
Phase I, from the intersection of Plum Tree and Green streets to Cherry Way, is already under construction. The pedestrian walkway leads from the city’s parking deck to Canton Street.
