(WNY News Now) – A 39-year-old Buffalo man was arraigned after police responded to a report of an alleged exposure incident involving a juvenile at Amherst State Park in Williamsville.
Joseph M. Brown Jr., 39, of Buffalo, was arraigned Wednesday in Amherst Town Court on charges stemming from an alleged incident at Amherst State Park on Mill Street.
According to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, police responded to the park shortly before 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, after receiving a 911 call about a suspicious male.
