HINCKLEY, Ohio (WJW) - Hinckley police arrested a 34-year-old man Wednesday after responding to a domestic violence incident.
Medina Municipal Court records show Darren Mileto is facing several charges, including felonious assault, robbery, abduction and domestic violence. He is being held in the Medina County jail and is due in court on Thursday.

According to Hinckley Police Chief Michael Schroll, police were called to a home around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
“Responding officers were advised that one of the two victims, both adult relatives of the suspect, had been abducted by the suspect, later identified as 34-year-old Darren Mileto,” a press release states. “Mileto had left the residence in the victim’s vehicle with the victim. The remaining victim had multiple visible injuries and told officers that Mileto had taken both victims’ cell phones, preventing them from calling for help. The victim who was abducted had been threatened with harm if they did not get into the vehicle with Mileto. After the vehicle left the residence, the remaining victim went to a neighbor’s home to call for assistance.”…
