A man described by a prosecutor as a “long-time member of the Hoover criminal gang” has been sentenced to time served – the four years he spent in custody – for conspiracy to commit racketeering.
A separate federal case charging Erick Devon Butler, now 35, with being a felon with a gun stemming from an alleged shooting at a Portland nightclub on Northeast Columbia Boulevard in May 2022 was dismissed as part of a global plea agreement.
