POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 10:18pm on August 7th after reports of an assault/choking that occurred on East Park Drive in the Town of Tonawanda.
The 911 caller and father of the victim told police that he went to pick up his 20-year-old daughter from her boyfriend’s house and, after getting into the vehicle, she disclosed that the boyfriend had choked her. The female had visible marks on her neck and said that there was a physical altercation after she did something that the boyfriend didn’t like. While on the phone with dispatch, the father told them he was driving back to the boyfriend’s house.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the boyfriend was arrested. No further information is available at this time…
