FORT MYERS, Fla. (Aug. 13, 2026) – Carrie Davis has joined the Lee County Port Authority (LCPA) as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, Davis will lead the information technology department responsible for directing strategic technology infrastructure at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Page Field (FMY) in Fort Myers, Florida, to include oversight of networks; airport operational continuity; cybersecurity; tenant and agency services and coordination; and user support and training.
Davis brings more than 25 years of progressive IT leadership experience covering a broad range of responsibilities to include implementing operational efficiencies, strengthening cybersecurity and focusing on systems modernization. These past roles have prepared Davis for the challenges of working in an airport environment, which depends on technology to streamline airport processes, enhance safety and security, and improve the customer experience.
Most recently, Davis was the chief information officer (CIO) for the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners where she spearheaded a countywide digital transformation across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, applications, audiovisual systems and developed a 5-year IT Strategic Plan.
