The Iowa State Fair is underway and Dallas County youth will be well-represented in the 4-H building.
County Youth Coordinator and Outreach Educator Annie Schlieman said 42 static exhibits, three Share the Fun and six communication entries qualified for the Iowa State Fair from this year’s Dallas County Fair. She added that one senior will also get the chance to participate in the Awardrobe event at the State Fair.
Eliza Schmidt will be representing Dallas County in the Iowa State Fair Queen Contest, as she was crowned the Dallas County Fair Queen.
