Jimbo’s, a San Diego natural foods grocer specializing in organic and natural products, plans to open two new stores in San Diego: Scripps Ranch and Mission Valley.
The company lists both locations as coming soon on its website, with each store scheduled to open in 2028. Jimbo’s currently operates four stores in Carmel Valley, 4S Ranch, Carlsbad, and Escondido. Customers can expect the new locations to follow the company’s focus on organic and natural foods, real ingredients, and supporting local farms and businesses.
The Scripps Ranch and Mission Valley stores will expand Jimbo’s current presence in San Diego County. The company’s Carmel Valley location is also home to its headquarters, while its other stores serve communities in 4S Ranch, Carlsbad, and Escondido.
