ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A fourth person has been charged in the shooting death of a mother of five at a Ferguson gas station.
St. Louis County Prosecutors have charged 20-year-old Brendan Hawkins with second-degree murder, three counts of armed criminal action, first-degree assault and one count of unlawful use of a weapon. He is being held at the St. Louis County Justice Center on a $2 million bond.
