ST. LOUIS – A bizarre situation was caught on camera earlier this week. A south St. Louis man says he was saying “bye” to his kids before work. That’s when he says a stranger started going through his car, right in front of them.
FOX 2 has video of the interaction, which the family says caught them completely off-guard.
