BELLEVILLE, Ill. – A fugitive wanted in connection with two murder cases in Texas was arrested Thursday by US Marshals in Belleville.
Eric Wayne Hubert, 23, had active felony arrest warrants in Dallas County, Texas for two separate murder cases, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
