EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Two men were arrested early Saturday morning after police say they found them inside a local business’s delivery truck with drugs.
According to an Evansville Police Department affidavit, officers were called to Furniture Fetchers at 117 S. Kentucky Ave. around 12:46 a.m. after a witness reported seeing a man on a bicycle who showed up on a bicycle get inside one of the company’s box trucks. The caller told police the man ducked down out of sight whenever they drove by.
When officers arrived, they said they found two men—identified as Bobby Bass and Nova Collins—inside the back of the truck.
Police say they discovered Bass had two active felony warrants out of Vanderburgh County…
