An Ocala man will appear in court on Wednesday after allegedly shoving an employee out of a bathroom so he could use it.
Officers responded to the MÜV Cannabis Dispensary, 929 U.S. Hwy. 441 Ste 202, regarding a battery on Aug. 2, according to a case report from the Lady Lake Police Department. Upon arrival, officers found 63-year-old Martin Slaughter in the parking lot.
He advised that he entered the business and had to use the bathroom. A female employee told him that he could not go to the bathroom because there were feces on the floor from a previous patient.
