STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Only three people know exactly what happened at the residence of William “Bill” Falcone on the evening of Nov. 7, 2025.
They were Falcone, who died in December 2025; Kevin Williams, 59, who prosecutors say entered Falcone’s home last year and assaulted Falcone; and the defendant’s estranged wife, who was with Falcone that night and was present during the altercation.
