LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (PIX11) — At least six people, including four members of service, were hospitalized after a police-involved shooting on the Lower East Side, according to officials.
Police said a man came down the stairs of a Ludlow Street apartment building at around 4 p.m. Sunday towards the vestibule with a butcher knife.
