A 21-year-old man was arrested by officers with the Eugene Police Department (EPD) after a 17-year-old girl was reportedly shot early Saturday morning at an apartment on West 13th Avenue.
Officers were called to the apartment just after midnight Saturday, Aug. 15, for a report of a gunshot wound. Police found the girl with injuries to her arm and chest.
