BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Jurors on Monday continued to hear testimony in the case of a man who claims he was heavily intoxicated and hearing voices on the night he killed his wife in east Bakersfield, and has no memory of cutting her throat.
The sanity phase of Rafael Estrada’s trial began last week with him telling jurors he suffered physical and mental abuse as a child, had been homeless at times and regularly heard voices.
