NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — The City of North Myrtle Beach is one step closer to eliminating thicker plastic bags as being considered reusable.
At Monday’s meeting, council approved the first reading of an ordinance regarding the sale, use, or distribution of single-use carryout plastic bags by retail establishments within the city.
