CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — With Charleston County students already a week into the new school year, Superintendent Anita Huggins is urging families whose children have not yet enrolled to get them into classrooms as soon as possible.
“We know that there are still students in our communities that need to be in school, and they haven’t yet registered,” Huggins said in an interview with ABC News 4 Tuesday.
