TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The debate over Flock cameras in Toledo comes as city council weighs a plan to add Flock license-plate cameras around several Toledo schools.
Council members signaled Tuesday they would like to put a hold on Flock until an investigation into the technology is complete.
