AUSTIN, Texas — A man accused of peering into apartment windows in Austin’s West Campus area earlier this month has been arrested, according to the University of Texas at Austin Police Department.
UTPD said Austin police arrested 35-year-old Colton Banks on Aug. 17 after officers responded to another report of someone peering into a window in the 1900 block of San Gabriel Street.
Banks was booked into the Travis County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct — window peeping and possession of a dangerous drug, according to UTPD…
