Corps to start debris removal on Vermilion River this October

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — After years of calls to dredge the Vermilion River, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says Lafayette Parish will see work on the river this year, while the Corps and parish continue discussions over targeted dredging.
