Wider sidewalks and intersections on Congress Street near Lafayette High School may be finished next week.
Work to improve sidewalks at the intersection of Congress Street and Marie Antoinette was delayed this summer primarily by rain, according to Christina Dayries, chief of staff for Lafayette Consolidated Government.
