GRAND COTEAU, La. (NEWS 15) — The Grand Coteau Town Council placed two police officers on administrative leave during a special meeting on Tuesday, leaving only three officers on patrol in the town.
One of the officers, former Chief Michael Buck, was arrested last week on malfeasance in office charges. Buck is accused of mishandling evidence in a fentanyl case, but he maintains he is innocent.
