WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Crews are responding to a house fire in West Valley City.
According to West Valley City Fire Department (WVCFD), they responded to a house fire near 5000 W and 3500 S. As a result, the road was closed on 3500 S, between 5000 W and 5200 W.
Based on preliminary investigation, the fire appeared to have started on the backside of the home, and flames quickly spread to the entire home. It also spread to a shed and several vehicles.

Crews were able to knock down the fire quickly and no injuries were reported. Unfortunately, WVCFD says the home is a total loss,
At this time, officials have not released any additional details, but are asking the public to avoid the area.
