Richard H. Simpson, 64, of Villa Rica, is accused of sleeping nude in the middle of the rear parking lot of the Walmart Neighborhood Market, 2909 Austell Road. Marietta, on Aug. 9 at 7:47 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The warrant lists him as Richard H. Simpson, but jail records show him as Richard Harold Simpson II.
