WASHINGTON (7News) — Nine people, including seven children, were treated after being pepper-sprayed during a fight over a parking space in Northeast D.C.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), officers were called around 6:17 p.m. Aug. 18 to the unit block of M Street NE for reported simple assault.
