TOLLAND, Conn. (WTNH) — Two women are dead after rear-ending a dump truck Wednesday night on Interstate 84 West in Tolland, according to Connecticut State Police.
The crash happened just before 11 p.m., between Exits 69 and 68 on I-84 West.
According to state police, a Mack CV 700 dump truck was traveling westbound in the right lane of three, while a 2026 Kia Sportage was traveling directly behind the dump truck. For an unknown reason, the Kia collided with the rear of the Mack, disabling both vehicles…
