ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – A 37-year-old man riding a motorized electric scooter died late last night after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on 5th Avenue North, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department.
The crash occurred around 9:50 p.m. at the intersection of Tyrone Boulevard North.
