PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The eastbound Downtown Tunnel on Interstate 264 was closed due to a crash Wednesday evening, and all eastbound lanes were closed, according to Virginia Department of Transportation cameras.
The tunnel reopened to eastbound traffic just before 11 p.m.
