A 26-year-old Decatur man died after being found unresponsive at the DeKalb County Jail on Monday morning, according to authorities.
Tehutihotep Hartley was pronounced dead in the jail’s medical clinic on Aug. 17 after emergency response efforts failed to revive him.
On-site medical personnel and emergency medical services personnel immediately administered aid to Hartley after discovering him, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. The cause of Hartley’s death remains undetermined…
