Joe Rogan podcast puts national spotlight on homelessness in Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A conversation about homelessness in Salt Lake City during a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” is putting a national spotlight on an issue Utah leaders and advocates have been debating for years, including how taxpayer money is being spent to address it.

The nearly four-hour episode, released Aug. 13, features comedians Shane Gillis, Mark Normand and Ari Shaffir. It has drawn more than 2 million views.
