SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A conversation about homelessness in Salt Lake City during a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” is putting a national spotlight on an issue Utah leaders and advocates have been debating for years, including how taxpayer money is being spent to address it.
