ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Anthony Bechand, the man accused of killing his girlfriend at her home on Earl Lynn Court in 2025, pled guilty to second-degree murder in Albany County Court Thursday, August 20.
Bechand was arrested almost two weeks after he killed Amanda Rodriguez on September 13, 2025. After the murder, he fled the area and was taken into custody September 26 in Franklin County.
