ANN ARBOR, MI — A man accused of killing his own grandmother has been ordered to have additional psychiatric testing.
Ronald Fleming is set to undergo a criminal responsibility examination, which will determine whether he was competent at the time he reportedly killed grandmother Theadra Fleming, according to court records.
Washtenaw County Trial Court Judge Carol Kuhnke ordered Fleming to the examination on July 31. He had previously been found incompetent but restorable, meaning health professionals determined he would need psychiatric help before he could understand and assist with court proceedings…
