Developer plans 192 workforce apartments in Cincinnati area

A Minneapolis-area multifamily real estate company is seeking to develop the apartment community as North College Hill continues to consider new housing options.

Residents have raised questions about the project’s density and potential traffic impacts.

The proposal comes as the suburb looks to attract new residents and expand its housing choices.

The development would add nearly 200 rental units to the Cincinnati suburb if approved. The project would also mark a significant addition to North College Hill’s multifamily housing stock.

Roers Companies describes itself as a national multifamily real estate firm involved in development, construction and property management. The company says it has developed or has under construction more than 16,600 units nationwide.
