A dead couple has left behind a home with a reverse mortgage in The Villages.
The home at 16871 SE 96th Chapelwood Circle in the Village of Springdale was the subject of a deed compliance hearing earlier this week at the Brownwood District Office.
The home was owned by Armando and Rita Paolino, who moved to The Villages from Connecticut. It had always been their dream to live in Florida. They had an active life in The Villages, where they became polo fans and were active in the Connecticut Club as well as the Italian-American Club. Armando died in January at age 95…
