DEKALB COUNTY, MO — A warrant was issued Wednesday in DeKalb County for a Kansas City man charged with chronic DWI, two misdemeanors and two traffic infractions.
According to a probable cause statement, on June 4, troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on U.S. Route 36 and found a heavily damaged beige Ford Taurus in the middle of the roadway.
