WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — Officials with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice arrested a San Antonio woman after they said she attempted to bribe someone posing as a corrupt prison guard to sneak drugs into the James V. Allred Unit.
Angelica Fleming, 40, of San Antonio, was arrested and booked into the Wichita County Jail on Sunday, August 9, 2026, on three charges of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance and one count of bribery.
