A developer is looking to annex a little over six acres near River Park into Holly Springs to build three buildings featuring a restaurant, medical office and retail space, and a drive-thru coffee shop.
BAMM Real Estate, LLC, is applying to annex 6.08 acres at 5142 and 5126 Holly Springs Parkway and 199 Misty Hollow Way into Holly Springs. The developer is also requesting the city to rezone single-family residential properties (R-40 and R-20) and general commercial (county) to general commercial (city).
