CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – The Chesterfield Police Department says someone hit and killed a 39-year-old man who was walking on a sidewalk on Tuesday night.
Police said a vehicle traveling west on Willis Road hit the pedestrian and fled the scene around 9:45 p.m.
