MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – Would you like to turn $5 into $200,000? Well, a Lowcountry man did just that after winning a top prize on a South Carolina Education Lottery scratch-off.
Officials with SCEL said that a Lowcountry man was having an ordinary day until he scratched off a $200,000 prize from a $5 50X game ticket.
